By utilizing ESNcard.org in any manner, you accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of the services provided by ESNcard.org and the collaboration with the Samsung online shop.

Usage Restrictions

The sites and/or content referenced in the search results or offered as links by ESN can be created by ESN Sections or ESN National members over whom Erasmus Student Network AISBL has no control, hence, no liability. In the same way, anyone leaving a comment on this site is free and entirely responsible for the content of these comments.
If a user downloads content from ESNcard.org, this user is required to have the rights to use it by any means. This content, including graphics, logos, icons, and service names, are registered and non-registered trademarks owned by Erasmus Student Network AISBL.
Communications
By registering at and/or using ESNcard.org and its features, the user consents to receive electronic communications and notices from ESN.

Erasmus Student Network AISBL accepts no responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, incorrect transmission, or inappropriate transmission of such information or data.
Erasmus Student Network AISBL accepts no responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or use of information or data available on the Internet through the services of ESNcard.org, neither for any failures, delays, or interruptions in these services.
Users agree to indemnify and hold the Erasmus Student Network AISBL and its related organizations, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and merchant partners harmless from and against any third-party claim or cause of action, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising directly or indirectly out of your use of ESNcard.org services or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Content Features or Links Referenced on ESNcard.org
ESNcard.org may receive applications from people who wish to comment, amend, modify, or delete certain features or content or links referenced by ESNcard.org. Erasmus Student Network AISBL reserves the right to process these requests on a case-by-case basis. For comments relating to content, links, or features, please contact us at info@esncard.org.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions
Erasmus Student Network AISBL is committed to ensuring the continuity and quality of services it offers. However, The Erasmus Student Network AISBL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions anytime and in any manner, always according to law. In such scenarios, ESN will inform the user accordingly by contacting them at the email address provided by the user in their profile.
By continuing to use ESNcard.org and the services it provides, the user intrinsically accepts and agrees to the changes to these Terms & Conditions.
Disputes and Governing Law
You agree that these Terms of Service and any related claim or dispute between you and ESN concerning their interpretation, breach, termination, or validity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
This also applies to any claim, dispute, or controversy related to ESNcard.org, its services, the relationships resulting from them, or any related transaction, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
General
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not define, limit, construe, or describe the extent or scope of such sections.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. These Terms & Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and ESN with respect to the subject matter hereof.

To access the mutual discount offer between ESNcard.org and Samsung online shop, the following additional terms apply:
- Eligibility: Only students who possess a valid ESNcard and are registered on ESNcard.org can avail of the discount offer with Samsung online shop.
- Discount Application: The discount can be applied by entering a valid ESNcard number at the time of purchase on the Samsung online shop. The details of the discount offer, including the percentage discount and any other applicable terms, will be provided on the ESNcard.org and Samsung online shop websites.
- Non-Transferable: The discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Limitations: The discount offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified by Samsung at any time without prior notice. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
